Nutone VX475C Central Vacuum System Overall Review

This model is amongst the most sought-after mid-size power units in the market. Its two-stage motor proves to be perfect with regards to cleaning of small and medium-sized houses; i.e. up to around 3000 sq. ft. Easy, neat soil disposal can be obtained through dual filtration that contains a ‘replaceable’ paper bag.

Utmost protection is given to the motor through secondary filter that operates on permanent basis. One can sum up CV350 as a unit which can be placed in garages, basements, or the other utility areas. Piping made up of PVC happens to run towards the inner side of the home towards smaller outlets in walls.

It’s at such outlets that one can insert vacuum hose along with attachments for cleaning the home. One can call up a licenses electrician to get CV350 installed at his/her place. It usually takes 1 ½ days to set up wiring and piping to outlets; and another ½ day to give a finishing touch after dry wall is ‘up’.

‘Thick’ glue adhesive can be used for attaching couplings to pipe’s long runs. It’s advisable to install this unit in basement as such a measure would let the ‘shortest’ runs to the other outlets in ‘out house’.
